What could it be? Come find out with me! In this one-time class, learners will have the opportunity to bring an item to share with the class. Here's the twist: no learner will share their item with the class until after some detective work by the rest of the class! Each learner will have the chance to use descriptive words to give clues about their "mystery" item. The rest of the class, and myself, will do our best to ask questions and use our critical thinking skills to solve the mystery of what that item is. I love a good mystery, and I love learning about my students' interests. This combines both! Come practice your speaking skills and have some mystery fun as we deduct, solve, share, and socialize! *This class is also offered for ages 3-6!

Parental Guidance
Since this is a class for very young learners, I just ask that a parent or adult be around (within hearing distance) to help if/when needed (example: if technical issues arise and the student needs help in order to hear/speak/participate). Thank you for your support!
Supply List
If your child plans to share a mystery item, they just need to have that available and nearby!
External Resources
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.

I have a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education and am certified in EC-6 (Early Childhood through 6th grade) and ESL (English as a Second Language) . I taught kindergarten for four years, and I have experience in and a passion for teaching early elementary skills. During my time as a teacher, I have worked with elementary students of all ages through whole class, small group, and one-on-one settings. I know speaking in front of peers can be difficult, so I love offering a kid-friendly environment to practice this skill for young learners.
