Description
Class Experience
My educational background is in psychology. I learned this information in college but I have developed the course to be suitable for youth interested in social experiments.
In addition to the Outschool classroom, this class uses:
50 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
We will review sensitive topics related to social pressure resulting in inflicting harm to others, modifying behavior and ethical concerns. Other topics found in the experiments we will dissect include animal maltreatment. This includes videos of the actual experiments which touch on those topics. This class is suitable for more mature students. We will address the ethical issues that arise from those videos in our class .
