Hi everyone! I'm Mr. Ethan, a dedicated educator with a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and Mathematics from the University of Calgary. My passion lies in empowering young minds through innovative, technology-based education.

With experience in both research and teaching assistant roles, I specialize in making complex programming concepts accessible and engaging for students. My approach combines rigorous computer science fundamentals with practical applications, using my knowledge of various programming languages to create a learning environment that's both educational and relevant for learners.

I've worked with Assembly, C, C++, C#, CSS, Java, Python, and R, and I love developing curriculum that integrates real-world applications. This allows me to break down advanced coding concepts into exciting, practical lessons that really connect with learners. Whether we're exploring computer architecture or solving problems with code, I make sure every class is an adventure in learning!

In my classes, I prioritize:

1. Individualized attention to meet each student's learning needs
2. A supportive environment that encourages experimentation and problem-solving
3. Real-world applications of coding skills to foster practical understanding
4. Continuous assessment and feedback to ensure steady progress

You'll not only learn valuable coding skills - but also develop critical thinking, creativity, and collaborative abilities essential for future success in STEM fields. We'll be building, creating, and innovating together, transforming ideas into reality one line of code at a time!

Please reach out if you have any questions before getting started. I always love to hear from parents, and I look forward to seeing you in class!
