Soccer Skill Basics: Dribbling Moves 1

This class will introduce new players to the basics of three soccer moves: stomp on the bug, scissors, and stop and go. We will cover the technique of each move and practice performing them, while ensuring speed and control. The class will begin with a short video lecture and demonstration. Then, students will move into practice. They will need open space and a soccer ball to practice each skill. I encourage students to try things on their own and then offer feedback and instruction to improve their technique. Class will involve chances for students to interact with each other and myself through discussion and demonstration.
