This intervention for struggling readers meets 2 times a week.

Lesson days will have a similar structure starting by reviewing previous concepts, building up to reading a decodable passage together. In each level we cover:

📖 INTENSIVE READING INSTRUCTION
Learners who are reading below grade level often require intensive reading support. Recent studies from the National Bureau of Economic Research show that high-dosage tutoring, with at least three weekly sessions lasting 30 minutes each, is key for academic success.

Ongoing assessment and progress monitoring are fundamental aspects of my approach to ensure each student's steady progress. I continuously evaluate the effectiveness of my lessons, and make necessary adjustments.
