In this one time class, students will learn business basics and how to become a kid entrepreneur. Learners will gain knowledge about general business concepts, financial literacy, goal setting, marketing, and customer service.

Have you ever dreamed of turning your hobby into a money-making endeavor but don't know where to start? If so, this is the class for you. We will learn the basics of entrepreneurship and the steps to create your own business right now. No previous experience is required, as we will work through the process from start to launch together. Students will improve their understanding of general business concepts, gain financial literacy in business, and be able to apply these skills toward their goals.
In addition to being a homeschool teacher, I am also an entrepreneur. For the past 12 years, I have been the creator and owner of a successful small business selling handmade goods through an online marketplace. I also have experience running the day-to-day operations of two other small businesses.
Students may need notebook paper and a pen or pencil. Optional worksheets will also be provided that can be printed at home.
