Learning Needs
Yoga offers unique kinesthetic opportunities for kids who have ADHD and autism. It increases coordination, body awareness, focus, flexibly, and muscle strength. Yoga also helps give them greater self-confidence and ways to reduce anxiety.
Parental Guidance
Please ensure your student has a water bottle available. If you have a yoga mat and blanket, that’s great. There is always a risk of injury when engaging in any exercise. Please ensure your student follows all instructions and does not go beyond their limits to ensure they stay safe in their practices.
