Singing Lessons: 1:1: 25 Minutes: 2X/Week

Private professional vocal technique lessons are an exciting step in any singer's journey! With a Bachelor's Degree in Classical Voice & Literature, a Masters Degree in vocal composition, and 20 years of vocal coaching experience, I am excited to guide your learner through their short and longterm vocal goals.

By building a strong technical foundation, singers will shave off precious time reaching their goals whether they be within the realm of classical, pop, Broadway, vocal exams, auditions, and more.

1. Simple yet effective voice exercises to improve speaking or singing.

2. Improve breath control, projection, range and pitch.

3. Practical and proven exercises to overcome shyness and self-consciousness.

4. Learn how to connect with and hold an audience.

5. Build confidence and maximize stage presence!

6. Learn to choose repertoire that you not only love, but is also in your vocal range and timbre. 

7. Learn to transpose a song you love into to a different key in order for it to show off your best colours.

8. Learn how to identify note names as well as solfège terminology to help you become a singer who can communicate clearly with instrumentalists of any kind.

9. Learn the basics of music theory by identifying different melodic patterns within major, minor, and tonal scales.

10. Learn to identify harmonics, their role in classical and modern music, and how they pertain to an effective vocal training.
