Learning days and months can be hard for young learns. I want to focus on using rhythm and rhyme to help learners know the names of each month in the year as well as the days of a week. We will sing songs and use hand motions to memorize the months in a year as well as days of a week. Learners will interact using sing a longs, hand motions and discussions to model understanding of months and days. Students will learn Calendar Math skills such as Months of the Year and Days of the Week using songs and rhymes. Students will repeat after the teacher and use hand motions if needed to better understand and memorize the songs and task.

Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
