For singers and aspiring vocalists, let’s have some Disney fun! Miss Lenora is an experienced vocal teacher, spending the past 5 years performing with Disney Cruise Lines. Each week, we will start with a warm up exercise, moving on to vocal fundamentals, and then sing our songs of the day. We will work as a team, no solos, but rather, individuals singing together via the zoomroom. Depending on the class, there may be times when the participants are muted so that students can listen to Miss Lenora's teaching, but otherwise, we will raise our voices together in song! This is a fun, fast-paced class and while I do take time to teach basic singing techniques, the friendship and fun is where this class shines ⭐️ 🌞 all learning styles welcome 🌞 Students request their songs by posting in the classroom. Any last minute requests will be added to the next week’s session. No formal experience necessary, just bring your smiles and be ready to sing and have fun! ⭐️ Miss Lenora teaches ALL classes ⭐️
Learning Goals
From the content standards of the National Standards for Music Education, students will work on "singing on pitch and in rhythm, and singing expressively". But most importantly, we will raise our confidence!Our will work in this class will focus on the fundamentals of singing, as in breathing, posture and diction.
