Christmas time is here! In this one-time class, students will learn how to sing three popular Christmas classics in American Sign Language (ASL). We will sing Jingle Bells, We Wish You a Merry Christmas, and (one of my favorites) Jolly Old St. Nicholas. American Sign Language is a beautiful and expressive language, and students will be able to follow along and sing with their hands. While some knowledge of ASL vocabulary would be beneficial, it is not necessary in order to participate in this class.
Learning Goals
Students will learn how to sing the following songs in American Sign Language (ASL):
- Jingle Bells
- We Wish You a Merry Christmas
- Jolly Old St. Nicholas
