I have been cooking for more than 30 years. My talents have been developed commercially, as well as in my home. Whether it be cooking alongside my grandmother when I was a SMALLER HUMAN, or behind the scenes with a 5-Star Chef, I have gained experience in Fast Food, Fine Dining, Casual Dining, Greasy Spoons.... I have been a dish washer, bus boy, waiter, prep cook, Junior Chef, Kitchen Manager, Sous Chef, and General Manager. HOWEVER, my greatest assets are patience, empathy, understanding, and the will to teach what I know. I also want to have.................FUN
Homework Offered
There will never be homework assigned during classes with CHEF KenDad. Although experimentation using the skills learned in class will be encouraged, it will be up to the individual SMALL(ER) HUMANS to use his/her knowledge on their own time. HOWEVER, there will always be suggestions and tips for everyone to use in their daily lives, with the hope that those ideas will always come back better.1 - 2 hours per week outside of class

LARGE HUMAN supervision will be highly advised during all uses of sharp knives, heavy lifting, heat rendering devises, mechanical mixers, and the use of mixing bowls for liquids. REMEMBER: If you aren't making a mess, you probably aren't having any fun.
All recipes, including required utensils, ingredients, measuring devises, and appliances will be provided for SMALL(ER) HUMANS to familiarize and acquire before class at "CHEFKenDad.info" 24/7! chefkendad.info
