Week 1Lesson 1Draw and Paint a Cute Winter BearThrough my guided drawing process, students will learn how to break down lines and shapes to draw a bear portrait with a patterned scarf and hat. We will then trace and color them.
As a licensed art teacher, I have developed techniques for breaking down drawing lessons into simple, easy-to-follow steps. Once we get the basics done, I give my students freedom to complete their project using their own imagination, thereby giving them the opportunity to take what I have taught them to a different, fun and creative level
Paper (heavy paper, such as watercolor paper, nay be needed if students plan to paint) pencil, eraser black Sharpie or similar permanent marker for outlining Student choice of crayons, markers, watercolor paint, or other materials
