Class Experience

Beginner - Advanced Level
If there is a meal you really don't feel your family will enjoy-go to the bottom of the page, choose a different meal for a week during your month, let me know you'd like to cook something different, and I'll send the info for that week to you personally! There's something for everyone's tastes.

The beauty of our Flex class is that you choose what day works best during your week to cook. No stress to be in class at a certain time or be in a classroom setting if that's not your thing. Join us anyway and if you wish, drop me a note letting me know how your family liked the recipe for the week. Join one month or continue for as many months as you wish.

I will send the ingredient list a week before so you can shop and be ready to cook. I'll send the video Sunday for the coming week so you can be ready to cook on your chosen day.

I encourage you to pause the video as often as needed to be safe and to complete your meal successfully. No need to try to worry about falling behind. Rewind as often as you need to. No stressing.

Optional but not a requirement: I love to see pictures and hear how your cooking went. If you choose to post in the classroom you may even get ideas from other students posts. Don't forget to post the name of the meal you made.
What are you waiting for? Let's get cooking! Miss L

Teacher expertise and credentials
My cooking experience began probably around 5 years old. We had 6 kids growing up plus, relatives close in age that were often around for meals. (I never learned to cook in small quantity!) Being the oldest, I always helped in the kitchen and learned to love cooking, canning and baking from a young age. My mom was a great teacher because I saw first hand, how she enjoyed being in the kitchen! With our 5 children I felt it important to teacher them from a young age to be confident and knowledgeable in the kitchen, and to enjoy the process. I've taught bread making classes for years.
