Join us for an Art Potpourri class, where we delve into a diverse array of topics each week and create a professional portfolio. We'll explore painting, clay, oil pastels, mindful art, art history and so much more!

45 mins in-class hours per week
Homework
1 hour per week. Students will be able to finish the assignment and show their completed work to the class in weeks to follow. Voluntary homework ideas are given each week that they can post in the classroom for feedback. 🌸 If a parent requests, I am always pleased to provide a letter of recommendation, a detailed summary of class content covered and/or progress report reflecting the student's achievements + development.

🌸 I am always pleased to provide letters of recommendation or detailed portfolio summaries upon request, including a comprehensive overview of class content and a progress report reflecting the student's achievements and development throughout their time in the course.
Grading
Grades requested will be based on effort, and skill. The role that grades will play will be encouraging :).

Join us for an age-appropriate Art Potpourri, where we delve into a diverse array of topics each week and create a professional portfolio. We'll explore painting, clay, oil pastels, mindful art, art history, culture, digital art, neurographics, and much more!  Feel free to use materials of your choice. Bonus art idea packet!  Voluntary homework, academic games + fun art idea packet provided. 

✨ Effective communication is essential. I aim to respond to parent messages within 24 hours on weekdays. In the classroom, I provide a monthly suggested supply list and voluntary weekly homework recommendations. I like to share art examples that I have created during the week and encourage students (if they feel comfortable) to post their artwork in our classroom for all to enjoy!

This class caters to live learners who enjoy real-time interaction and busy learners who prefer to watch recordings at their convenience. 

🌸  I am sensitive to all learners, please send me a private message about specific topics or subjects you would prefer me to exclude from all lessons and I will do my best to accommodate. For example, you might say something like- we do not celebrate holidays and I will completely avoid mentioning Santa and the Easter Bunny in our class.
