Class Experience

In this ongoing class, second and third graders will master one or two sets and groups of homeophones during each class while having fun playing games and engaging activities.

Each class will begin with a short warm-up to get students engaged with the teacher and the lesson material. Each lesson will be focused on one or two sets of homophones so students can master the spelling and definition differences of each homophone by the end of class. The curriculum will be taught through group engaging activities, multiple-choice questions, exciting quizzes, and LOTS of laughter and fun!

Ongoing classes are designed so that students may come and go without needing to attend prior classes - the classes do not build on one another. Students can drop in whenever they like! Please note that as of now, the ongoing meeting is once a week, with the possibility of additional days added in the near future.

See you in the classroom!

Teacher Bethanie
