Parental Guidance
As a parent, I encourage you to support and supervise your child's exploration of Scratch coding. While Scratch provides a safe and educational environment for children to learn coding, it's essential for us parents to be actively involved in our child's online activities. I recommend monitoring your child's interactions on Scratch, discussing internet safety practices together, and setting appropriate time limits for screen time. By working together, we can ensure a positive and enriching experience for our child as they learn and create with Scratch coding.
Supply List
It is preferable and highly recommended to have 2 screens. If that is not possible, a working knowledge of how to navigate from one window to another will be sufficient.
External Resources
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
