Class Experience

US Grade 1 - 4
This is a one-on-one class. Only one student will be enrolled at a time. Students will have the opportunity to practice reading aloud to a bunny. I will be a silent listener while the student reads unless they ask for help with a word. The students will bring their own book to read during class. If we have time at the end of class, the student will have the option of reading another book or listening to me read a story.

This is a non-judgmental way for children to practice their reading. The bunny does not care about the mistakes made or how long it takes the student to read.

To take this course, students need to be willing and able to read at least a simple picture book. This class is for practicing reading only, not for teaching reading skills.

Teacher expertise and credentials
Hello.
I am Annie and I am the Owner of Dance Away Dance Lessons. I love to dance and also love teaching dance. I have been dancing since 2016. I started Dance Away Dance lessons in 2019. I teach 7 styles of dance. These styles include:
Country
Hip hop
Irish
Lindy hop
English country dancing (ECD)
Latin
Ballroom

I am a homeschool graduate. During my senior year of school and the years since graduating I have been expanding my dance style knowledge and also working on choreographing numerous dances in different styles.

When I am not dancing I love spending time with my family, riding my horse, participating in rodeos, playing sports and enjoying nature.
