Science Summer Camp is a five-day summer camp for learners to engage in science topics! Each day learners will explore a different topic in science with hands-on activities. This class will feature exciting topics from Biology, Chemistry, and Physics. Prior knowledge of science is beneficial but not required. Day 1- Scientific Inquiry: Save Sam STEM activity Day 2- Biology Properties of Water: Walking Water Experiment Day 3- Chemistry Exothermic Reactions: Elephant Toothpaste Day 4- Physics Experimenting with Forces: Testing Newton's Laws Day 5- Physical Science: Mentos in Diet Soda

Notes will be supplied before each class. You will also need popsicle sticks (or sticks from outside), rubber bands, paper towels or coffee filters, water, food coloring, dry active yeast, hydrogen peroxide, dish soap, an empty 16 oz plastic bottle, plastic cups, a paper plate, toilet paper ring, paper clips, a gummy worm, Gallon sized plastic bags, milk, sugar, ice, salt, and gloves or a towel.
