History hidden in DNA II: Genomic Complexity This is an introductory class to genomics and we will cover topics explaining the fundamentals of genes. Apart from the basic molecular components and assemblies of genes, we will talk about more complex cases within our genome. You will be amazed by the genetic variation within our genome, also individuality does depend on other factors apart from genetics. DNA is a biological instruction that is contained in all living organisms and all living organism has a unique set of instruction. This class will spark interest and discussion between species complexities in relation to their genomes and lineage relationships between different organisms in genomic terms. Ultimately, we will address the theory of evolution in the context of genomics. No science background is required, but some science background would be an asset. Interest in science is mandatory. Note: Although friendly discussion is encouraged, disruptive behaviour will not be tolerated and may result in loss of speaking privileges during classes.

Teacher expertise and credentials
Hello there, I am a multidisciplinary science teacher! I have a Bachelor's degree in Biochemistry and I was a researcher for COVID-19. Currently, I dedicated my time on cancer research. Everything simply started as a fascination for things. I loved teaching a variety of subjects with a focus on multidisciplinary sciences including genomics, and school sciences. I have also taught and volunteered to work with autistic children.
I designed an array of classes, starting with introductory courses then proceeding to more advanced courses in the science subject of your interest. My primary objective is to build enough understanding of fundamental science and language, before exploring much more complex concepts. Let's explore these microscopic structures and how tiny molecules build/develop into the complex ecosystem that we know today.
Apart from science, I also enjoy doing other fun and cool things. I have developed a growing passion to teach arts and crafts! Come join my class and find out! See y'all around.
Plagiarism and copying of ideas will be taken very seriously.
