Hummingbirds are the smallest birds in the world. In this class, students will learn this and many more interesting facts about hummingbirds. What do hummingbirds eat (diet)? Where do they live (habitat)? How big or small are they (size)? What noises do they make when flying? While learning about hummingbirds, students will draw a hummingbird in 10 steps. I have a document camera so learners can see me draw. If we have time, we will also draw a flower. No previous art experience is required,...
- Students will learn fun and interesting facts about hummingbirds while drawing.
Learners should come to class with at least one blank piece of paper, a pencil to draw with and something to color with (crayons, markers, or colored pencils).
