In this ongoing class, learners can drop in at any time to cram for an upcoming Living Environment or Biology assessment! This class focuses on breaking down the common core questions and learning tips to remember content. Each class will focus on answering 3-5 multiple choice or written response questions pertaining to a particular topic. Depending on learners prior knowledge, more questions can be covered in a class. After each class learners will be provided with a cumulative study guide of notes, vocabulary terms, tips/tricks, video explanations, or articles. Learners will receive the on going notes from previous classes whenever they are able to join! Week of March 27th: Genetics! Students will answer questions dealing with genetics. Vocabulary terms will include: genotype, phenotype, messenger RNA, epigenetics, and mutagens. Learners will also answer questions that require knowledge of the visual models pertaining to genetics. Week of April 3rd: Evolution! Questions will center around theories regarding evolution. Week of April 10th: Focus on multiple choice and written response questions related to ATP and how it is used to drive cellular processes Week of April 17th: Body Systems! Learners will focus on answering questions pertaining to the body systems from archived Living Environment/Biology assessments for high school students. Week of April 24th: Body Systems! Learners will focus on answering multiple choice questions pertaining to graphs and diagrams from archived Living Environment/Biology assessments for high school students. Week of May 1st: Disease Questions! Learners will focus on multiple choice and written response questions on the subject of pathogens.

Parental Guidance
This class will go over material that would be found in Common Core Regents examinations. Depending on your state, certain topics may or may not appear on your learner's examination. These topics can include: evolution, STD's, reproductive system, and other socio-scientific ideas.
