I am credentialed in the state of California to teach English and other related topics. I was trained in and have taught AVID, a college and career preparation course, to multiple grades. This lesson has been taught by me to students in public school as young as 11 years old; I had them researching and applying for scholarships they were eligible for. In high school I started winning scholarships for college.
This class will be most beneficial to students who have some knowledge of the college experience, but it is not required. Having taken my class "Everything You Need to Know and Do To Pick The Right College and Major" would be helpful.
1 file available upon enrollmentStudents will need to take notes either on paper using a pen or pencil or on their computers. I recommend taking hand notes using a pencil with a sharpener or extra lead and an eraser available. No other materials will be used besides the aforementioned websites.
