`I have taught and tutored math for about twenty years. I hold a current teaching certificate in K-8 elementary school, with a focus on math. I am halfway to my master's in secondary math. I really enjoy math - it is very relate-able to food and money! `

1) "Practice" - Learners should complete every problem. The "Practice" covers the material from the "Lesson".
2) "Problem Set" - Learners should complete every problem. Saxon scaffolds upon previous lessons, so completing all the problems is important. Learners or guardians should check the answers in the "Solutions Book". .css-1smi110{display:-webkit-box;display:-webkit-flex;display:-ms-flexbox;display:flex;margin-top:0.5em;margin-left:2px;}.css-1jafuj7{-webkit-user-select:none;-moz-user-select:none;-ms-user-select:none;user-select:none;width:1em;height:1em;display:inline-block;fill:currentColor;-webkit-flex-shrink:0;-ms-flex-negative:0;flex-shrink:0;-webkit-transition:fill 200ms cubic-bezier(0.4, 0, 0.2, 1) 0ms;transition:fill 200ms cubic-bezier(0.4, 0, 0.2, 1) 0ms;font-size:inherit;vertical-align:-0.125em;margin-right:0.5em;margin-top:0.2em;color:#5C5C5C;}.css-1757vrz{margin:0;font-family:Ginto Normal,sans-serif;font-size:1.6rem;line-height:1.3;font-weight:500;letter-spacing:0.01rem;color:#5C5C5C;}2 - 4 hours per week outside of classAssessments OfferedProgress will be evaluated during the lessons based on learner work.
