1) "Warm-up Activities" - Learners are expected to complete the warm-up activities.
2) "Lesson Practice" - Learners should complete every problem. The "Lesson Practice" covers the material from the "New Concepts".
3) "Mixed Practice" - Learners should complete every problem. Saxon scaffolds upon previous lessons, so completing all the problems is important. Learners or guardians should check the answers in the "Solutions Book".
4) "Tests"  - Guardians should check the answers using the "Solutions book".
5) "Fact Quizzes" - Fact quizzes should be completed with each lesson. No more than one per day should be completed to ensure repetition for learning.
6) "Investigations" - These should be completed as intended.
7) "Topics" - These should be completed as intended.
8) "Supplemental" problems - These are found at the back of the big book for additional problems. They can be completed as needed for additional practice. 1) I can assign grades if requested. The learner must turn in their tests to receive a grade. Please let me know if you are requesting a grade for the semester.
2) I do not grade homework. Learners are welcome to ask individual questions or post photos for homework review. It is not required to submit homework.
3) If the learner is not requesting a grade, submitting "Tests" is not required.
4) The "Solution Manual" contains the answers to the lesson homework and test answers.```
