In this 10-week FLEX course students will learn about careers in rehabilitation sciences such as physical therapy, orthotic intervention, and speech pathology. We will also discuss anatomy, biomechanics, math, and more!

Description

Class Experience

This course is designed for students that have an interest in health science such as medicine, nursing, physical therapy, occupational therapy, prosthetics and orthotics, exercise science, and physical rehabilitation. 

Students will participate in a fun-fact search and share each week. At the end of the course the fun facts will be merged into a final booklet of fun facts. Students should expect sporadic "quick quizzes" in which students will demonstrate their knowledge of campus resources...

I hold a Bachelors of Science in Health Sciences and a Master's of Science in Prosthetics and Orthotics.

Access to a printer is strongly recommended
