Reading Skill (Sequence): “How to Catch a Reindeer”
We will be sequencing the events of “How to Catch a Reindeer.” Then, we will be completing a reindeer craft with items you probably have around the house!

Beginner Level
First, we will read “How to Catch a Reindeer”. After, we will discuss the sequence of the story. Then, we will complete a reindeer craft. I will be completing the read aloud and allowing students to answer questions verbally or through the hidden chat. During the craft, I will complete each step with the class before going onto the next step. Learners do not need any required experience to participate in the class. I will be sure to go over the definition and examples of sequence before we read the book.

Parental Guidance
Students will be required to use scissors to cut construction paper.
They will also be stretching out the hanger and placing the pantyhose over the hook.

For the craft: 1 wire hanger Neutral color pantyhose Black marker White, red, brown, and black construction paper Liquid glue Scissors
