Reading Passages for Kindergarten
In this 16 week class, your child will learn how to read through spelling, rhyming, and writing the letter sounds. The letters and short vowels of the alphabet will be taught out of order to learn how to blend the sounds and read quicker.

Beginner Level
In this class, taught through slides, Phonics for Kindergarten level will be taught. Learners will learn letter sounds with all the short vowel sounds, how to blend those sounds to read words, rhyme, spell, and write the letters of the alphabet. Learners will also be able to read sight words in addition to phonetical words to be able to form and write sentences. Sentence capitalization and punctuation will be informally taught as well.

Learning Needs
Learning through Phonics is an excellent way to meet learners of various abilities.
Pre-Requisites
Learners need to know all the uppercase and lowercase letter names. Letter sounds will be taught in the course.
Supply List
It will help if the learner has a lined primary writing tablet or white marker board to provide feedback for me during class, and to practice in personal time.
