Any age is welcome but the range listed is ages 4-9 years old for this private 1:1 class offered on Sundays only. If your child is older NO problem as I have activities ready for the older child. Save time and lots of money with this literacy-based private class given by a Ph.D. instructor who is also a Speech Language Pathologist. The focus will be on having your child speak the basic phrases shown and practice phonics and reading. Just let me know what you would like me to focus on and I will do my best to help your child. 

Older children will have appropriate tasks also geared to their level with the focus on improving their reading of target phonic sounds in words and sentences while my human-like puppets make it so much fun. 

I also have Flex pre-recorded classes that your child can take that will serve as a follow-up to this class. They are only $15 for 4 video classes with pre-recorded videos that you can watch even when the class is over. Those classes are perfect if you want to save money and can be used as a follow-up after this private 1:1 class. Talk about bargain deals! 

NOTE: This private class is a "One Time" Sunday class and therefore can only be taken one time. You may also enroll in my flex pre-recorded classes which are a great way for you to help your child practice their skills at your own pace. See that link below.

In this private 1:1 class, I will introduce various activities, brief videos, and play-based tasks to help your child see the words individually and in sentences. Teacher Ruth will say the words and have your child repeat what she says. My feisty life-like puppets such as Cowboy Joe and Tina will also demonstrate how to say the words too.  I will provide PDFs with fun graphics for you to do at home with your child and practice their phonics, public speaking, and reading skills. PDFs may vary according to the child's age.
