In this small-group class, students will be taught a variety of reading skills by an experienced, certified elementary teacher. Each week will focus on a different skill that will encourage your learner to grow and develop as a reader.
Class Experience
US Grade 2 - 4
* This class is set up as an ongoing class so it is a weekly drop-in course. Subscriptions to this class can start or stop at any time. It will never be cancelled due to low enrollment as I will teach to one learner. Effective readers employ a variety of skills and strategies to get meaning from unfamiliar text. Printables will be posted each week in the classroom approximately 48 hours before the start of class. Students are expected to come to class prepared so they are fully able to learn and apply what is being taught. Please do not work on the printables before class.
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
