In this ongoing class we will put on a full performance every month! A new script will be introduced at the beginning of the month, and we will spend sessions practicing before putting on a final "show" on the last class of the month!
Class experience
In this reader's theater performance class we will work on and perform a new script every month. The first class of the month we will learn about our story and audition. Auditions will consist of reading sample scenes and playing theatre games. Class two-three/four: Rehearsals, we will spend this time rehearsing our show in class. Last class of the month: Performance! We will perform our show one last time! Because every month is a new show, students who enroll mid-way through the...
This class is taught in English.
Learners should be able to comfortably read in front of others. Those learning to read are welcome as long as they are comfortable getting help when stuck during the class. I will always help early readers!
