I have been using meditation and daily affirmations since 2011 to overcome depression and anxiety. Since then I have overcome my depression and my fears of traveling solo, starting a business and making new friends. Meditating and using affirmations is a daily practice in my life and I have seen significant improvement in my mood, self-confidence and ability to manifest the life I dreamed about. In 2022, I moved to Playa Del Carmen, Mexico and taught weekly mediation and journaling workshops on the beach and received a large amount of positive feedback from participants involved. I want to extend these benefits to the youth to provide them with the support they need to thrive in this world. I am the living example that both of these methods combined can substantially advance ones progression in life and I look forward to sharing my knowledge.
