Learner Supply List: suggested quilling paper or construction paper colors - 10 strips of red, 3 strips of green, and 1 strip of yellow glue scissors pencil or quilling needle blank note card (if making a card) ribbon (if making an ornament) If your learner has quilling tools, that is great, but it's not required for this class! Scissors can be sharp. Also, if you choose to order quilling tools for your learner, please take note that they are sharp as well.
