In this one time preschool class, learners will join for show and tell class while we share our favorite Paw Patrol toys and read the adventure Mighty Pup Power, a Paw Patrol Story.

"No job is too big, no pup is too small!" In this one time, fun summer class, Learners will practice their social and listening skills during Paw Patrol Story time. Learners will be encouraged to bring their own Paw Patrol items to share with the class. The class will begin with brief introductions from all learners and classroom rules. I will then read the story, Mighty Pup Power, while learners enjoy and listen. After the story we will discuss the story together as a class. Learners will follow the discussion with show and tell. Each learner will have time to share a favorite Paw Patrol item with the class. If there is time, we will have class discussion about Paw Patrol topics such as but not limited to favorite characters, episodes, missions and 'pupmobiles.' If there is time, I will have a short Powerpoint Presentation to help engage learners for further discussion and simple games. We will end class by saying our goodbyes. My teaching style is very calm and relaxed, with lots of positive energy. There is no background experience or knowledge needed for this class. This class is a fun, social class, there is no required work to be completed. If the class minimum is not met I will cancel the section 24 hours in advance.

My name is Ms. Ameanna. I thrive on caffeine, good vibes and happy students.
I always bring lots of positivity, encouragement and energy to my classes. I enjoy offering social clubs, show & tell and ESL classes.
My goal is to help young learners engage and interact to develop strong social and communication skills.
My classroom is always laid back and relaxed environment so young learners can feel comfortable, confident and safe in our learning space.
I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of South Florida and two ESL certifications - TEFL (Teaching English as a foreign language) and TESOL (Teaching English to speakers of other languages). I have taught over 2,000 online English 1:1 lessons have discovered that online teaching is my passion since 2018. I taught for two years in an alternative day program for youth and adults with physical and developmental disabilities prior to becoming a social worker for 1.5 years before transitioning to full-time online work. I have worked with variety of age groups from infancy to older teens.

I am a mommy to a sweet baby girl. I am a wife to my husband of 8 years. I have three cats named Ruby, Soho and Bernie. I was born and raised in Florida but now live in Colorado. I love to cook, hike, read, watch movies and take naps.
