This lesson is to introduce students to Puberty and help them understand the natural body changes that happens durning this phase of their lives and how to positively handle these changes.

Lesson structure and Content Topics: 1.What is Puberty? 2.Whats causes these changes durning puberty? 3.why do these changes need to take place? 4.what exactly are these changes that happens durning puberty?. 5.How do I deal with these changes? 6.How do I care for my body durning this phase. Presentation 1.Welcome and introduction of all students. 2.learning goal will be clearly outlined along with class rules. 3.starter activity: I will show a video clip about puberty and ask students if they are aware of those changes. This will lead to class discussion about these changes. 4 PowerPoint presentation, outlining the lesson Content,with aid of pictures, animations,quizzes and worksheet. No prior experience needed by students.
Learning Goals
Students will understand the different physical and emotional changes that happens durning puberty and how to care for their bodies throughout these years.
This lesson will also build their confidence in identifying these changes and to be open to speak these changes.

Parental Guidance
Talking about puberty is sensitive for young learners.The vocabulary may include words such as sexual characteristics, vagina and menstrual cycle ,englarging of penis and breast etc. However these words will be used in their context.Its not out of place or rude to mention these as they are apart of life natural process and it's all scientific.
