In this ongoing course, students will be introduced to the works of famous poets and learn the terminology and skills necessary to be successful poets themselves.

My degree is in creative writing but I specialized in poetry. I took every single poetry class the school offered and loved it. I have my own poetry pending publication now and I'm in several writing workshop groups to this day.
