Class Experience
During these learner-directed, individualized one on one sessions, we will work together to develop the skills needed to play the piano and read music. We will meet online once a week for an hour session. At the beginning of each session, we will review previous material. Students will have an opportunity to show what they have been working on and ask questions. Following this, new materials and concepts will be introduced. At the end of each session, we will set goals for the following week and I will provide students with some theory homework to be completed at their own pace during the week. Students will need to have access to a keyboard, or a piano. As well as a method book. I suggest the Piano Adventure series by Nancy and Randall Faber. Please send me a message to tell me about your learner ahead of time and any experience they have with music so I can cater my lessons to them.
