I have been an Outschool teacher since May 2020. I have a bachelor's degree in music education, from Towson University, plus graduate studies in music education. I have 15+ years experience, as a music teacher. I have taught piano, electric keyboard, guitar, and general music classes, in both the classroom and private settings. I was head of the music department at a private high school in Maryland. I taught private piano and guitar lessons at a guitar shop, for 5 years, in addition to my own private students.
Homework Offered
For learning an instrument, I recommend about 15 - 30 minutes of practice or more, 3 to 5 days per week. The more days you practice and review lesson material, the faster you will level up your skills.1 - 2 hours per week outside of class
Assessments Offered
I use informal evaluation, as the student is progressing, and communicate how they are doing with themGrades Offered
Guitar Amplifier if needed Foot stool (or something like a stack of books or a box that you can make-shift a foot stool with)
