Students may choose to make an ornament or card in this one-time private quilling class. This class is perfect for a first time quiller. Students will feel proud of their finished product and they can give it as a Christmas gift! Education Experience: My B.S. is in Early Childhood Education. I completed the course "The Exceptional Child." Lived Experience: I have attended various meetings about raising and educating children on the autism spectrum. I served as a board member for the Northeast Georgia Chapter of the Autism Society of America. My oldest child is on the autism spectrum. I've learned much over the years from raising him.
Learner Supply List: suggested quilling paper or construction paper white liquid glue scissors pencil or quilling needle blank note card (if making a card) ribbon (if making an ornament) If your learner has quilling tools, that is great, but it's not required for this class! Scissors can be sharp. Also, if you choose to order quilling tools for your learner, please take note that they are sharp as well.
