In this private 1-on-1 session, students will get weekly or bi-weekly tailored and explicit reading instruction. I will assess your student so that I can help fill any gaps in their reading skills and help them read at their very best!

Beginner Level
This class is geared for ongoing instruction. The best way for me to help you learn and read is consistency! Show up and be ready to learn something new :) Each session we will focus on mastering phonemic skills and reading strategies. I will focusing mainly on phonemic awareness to build skills and reading confidence. Students will read, write and decode during each session. There will be time for spelling practice and reading short stories or passages based on what is being taught. There is no prior knowledge that your student needs to come me with - all academic levels and abilities are welcome! *If a learner is not present within 10 minutes of the session - the session will be canceled and not refunded. My time and yours is precious so please be on time!

Learning Needs
I am a certified teacher with certificates in Dyslexic Reading Strategies as well as English as a Second Language. Based on your child's needs I can tailor instruction to make sure they are getting the most from each session.
Supply List
Students will need: Whiteboard, whiteboard marker and eraser. These can be found at Target, Dollar Tree or Walmart.
