This is a personalized tutoring class for students to learn and practice math skills to reinforce or improve work being done in their classrooms or homeschool settings.

This session is geared toward helping learners gain a deeper understanding of topics they are currently discussing in their regular class setting or concepts they have missed in the past. We are able to work on any Algebra or Geometry related topic that is needed to help students excel in the classroom or homeschool curriculum. The goal of this tutoring session is to gain knowledge of the math topic the student was previously having difficult understanding.
I have 9.5 years of classroom experience and 6 years of homeschool tutoring in Pre-Algebra, Algebra 1, Algebra 2, Geometry, and Bridge Math. I have also taught brief periods of ACT math prep.
Students should be prepared with paper and pencil as well as any textbooks or worksheets used during regular class or homework time. If any extra materials such as calculators, rulers, compasses, or colored pencils are needed for the lesson the student is needing help with, they should be on hand at the beginning of the session.
