Welcome to our Animal Moves Fitness Class! In this class, we'll teach you how to move like different animals to build strength, improve balance, and boost your fitness level. Each session will focus on a variety of animal-inspired exercises and movements that are both fun and effective. Our class is structured to start with a warm-up to get our bodies ready. Then, we'll dive into learning different animal movements such as bear crawls, frog jumps, crab walks, and more! These exercises will help you develop muscles, improve coordination, and keep your heart healthy. I'll be teaching by demonstrating each move and guiding you step-by-step. You'll get to practice each animal movement and I'll provide tips to ensure you're doing them safely and effectively. My teaching style is interactive and encouraging. You'll have plenty of chances to interact with me and your classmates through activities like games, group exercises, and discussions about how each movement helps our bodies. Throughout the class, we'll use a combination of live demonstrations, slides with pictures and instructions, and maybe even some fun video clips of animals moving in the wild to inspire us. By the end of each session, you'll not only have had a great time moving like animals but also learned valuable skills to stay active and healthy!
