During this ongoing circle time class, preschoolers and kindergarteners will learn a letter and sound, number, practice calendar skills, learn the days of the week and months of the year through engaging songs and fun games! We will develop a classroom community that focuses on phonic and math skills while having fun and smiling! This is a stress-free, inclusive class open to all types of learners. I will use multiple teaching strategies to meet the needs of all students. This class will progress sequentially through the alphabet and number sequence. I will also include skip counting skills as appropriate for young children (counting by 2, 5, and 10). We will review colors and shapes as well through our daily lessons. This class is meant to be a fun and interactive start to your child's day! Learning Goals
In this fun and engaging class, students will learn new letters and the sounds that they make as well as new numbers and calendar skills. They will be able to identify the days of the week and moths of the year.
