Within this ongoing class, learners will engage in Fun Standards-Based hands-on activities that teach math concepts such as: numbers and operations, patterns, geometry, measurement, spatial sense, classification and data collection.

Kindergarten Prep: Math Workshop & Circle Time! teaches young learners to be critical thinkers by teaching your child to think, create, and solve big problems. Our activities will include weekly games, class discussions and hands-on activities. *Free trial class is available. Feel free to message me for more information. All additional class materials will be emailed 1 week prior to the start of the session. Special Information If Allergic To Wheat:
Play dough (playdoh) may contain wheat, which could cause an allergic reaction if ingested in those sensitive to wheat gluten or with Celiac disease. Playdough is not necessary for each class and can be omitted if a student is allergic. You can make your own or bring something similar as well. We are pretty flexible:-)
Special Information When Students are Involved in Movement Activities Such As Dancing:
Our music and movement activity will be very short (only a few minutes long) however please have some additional space next to, beside or behind their computer area for open workout space, proper footwear if needed, a water bottle if needed, and adequate stretching beforehand if needed. As always please provide adequate supervision to protect your child from any injuries.
Supply List
Within this class we will do hands on activities designed specifically for our youngest learners. We will not use any additional websites, apps or services. There will be no additional screen time involved.
External Resources
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
