Pre-Algebra: Constant of Proportionality

This Pre-Algebra class is a great introduction or review for proportional relationships. This class will introduce learners to slope as we study tables, graphs, and equations together. We will define the math terms as well as introduce how to analyze proportional relationships. Students will be provided with guided notes and interactive practice problems. I have a B.S. in Secondary Mathematics Education from the University of South Florida. I have experience teaching Pre-Algebra, Algebra, and Geometry in a public Middle School. I have 10+ years of experience as a math tutor for ages 11 to 18.
Homework Offered
Optional homework will be offered to further assess student learning. Approximately 5 questions will be provided at the end of each session.0 - 1 hours per week outside of class
Assessments Offered
Students will be informally assessed during class with practice problems and will have the opportunity to submit short homework assignments.Grades Offered
