Learners can expect to leave class with a positive attitude and an array of helpful tools to radiate good energy. Class will consist of productive exercises that get the body moving, blood flowing, and endorphins rising. While the first portion of class will get the heart rate up (in a healthy manner), class will always conclude with relaxing breathing exercises and stretching to assist learners with mindfulness and a proper wind down. Certified Personal Trainer (CPT)
40 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
Students should be provided with access to water and enough space for a yoga mat. Footwear is optional.
