Do you LOVE hanging out with your friends, playing fun games and dancing? Let's have a virtual Slumber Party! This one time class is a fun way to meet others, practice social skills and learn a few dance moves too! Wear your favorite Pajamas if you want! ⭐️Class will begin with brief introductions. Each learner will be called on to introduce themselves and share their favorite slumber party snack! The teacher will then briefly talk about being a good listener and taking turns. We will then play our first game, Scavenger Hunt Show and Tell! ⭐️Scavenger Hunt Show and Tell: The teacher will give prompts to go find something quickly that fits that theme. Examples: -Can you find something that is your favorite color? -Bring back your favorite stuffed animal! -Find something that can fit in your pocket! After each round learners will have the opportunity to quickly share what they found! Great practice taking turns and listening to others. ⭐️Next we will DANCE! The teacher will guide learners through moves to create a short dance routine to "Celebrate"...you know the song that goes "Ceeelllebrate good times, come on!" :o) Learners will have a chance to freestyle and add to the routine! ⭐️We will finish the party with a few rounds of "Would You Rather?" The teacher will ask would you rather questions using different objects and pictures. Learners will take turns giving their answer to the question. Another chance to practice those social skills! (All questions will be age appropriate). **PARENTS: *Classes will be kept a bit smaller so all learners can feel heard and seen. PLEASE CONTACT ME IF YOU ARE INTERESTED IN A PRIVATE PARTY-These are offered at a discounted rate and can be CUSTOMIZED to fit your theme! *Learners will be asked to stay muted unless they have raised their hand for a question/comment. This is to eliminate background noise and be sure everyone can hear the music.
