Class Experience

US Grade Preschool - Kindergarten
This interactive Pop-In Prek-Kindergarten Circle FUN Time [Ages 3-6] class is full of fun, engaging "just like being in school" activities, where learners will have fun as they learn letters, phonics, nursery rhymes, colors, counting, days of the week, math concepts, story time, art, singing, and movement. Everything that keeps them engaged in the comfort of home. Join us any time you need us, we're always here having fun!

This class meets for twenty-five minutes and will be packed with great, exciting, amazing stories read aloud by the Teacher, while learners are encouraged to repeat words, chant short phrases with their Teacher and the other learners in the class [the beginning of reading]. Learners will be encouraged to read words, phrases and short sentences on their own as they are ready.

Learners will have opportunities throughout different sessions to bring objects with them or find objects that are represented in a story. Learners are introduced to rhyming words through nursery rhymes. We'll sing, chant, learn math as we count together, learn numbers, colors, shapes and even the words associated with them, add and subtract a little, learn new vocabulary words beginning with sight words, days of the week, draw and complete art projects from time-to-time. Learners will have sharing time, group activities and fun educational learning games as they learn to work together through social interaction. Learners will be learning as they have lots of fun!

This is an interactive class but even shy learners can enroll, watch, become comfortable in a group setting until they are ready to jump in and interact with other learners in the class. Shy learners will still benefit from Teacher instruction, being in a group setting, listening to stories and acting out stories as they are ready. Great for ESL learners, too!

So come have fun laughing, talking, singing, moving, LEARNING in Pop-In Prek-Kindergarten Circle FUN Time [Ages 3-6].

Learners are encourage to enroll at any time convenient for your schedule and have FUN. Each session is new each week. Learners are also encouraged to pick a day when it fits your schedule for the week, come to a session each week and stay as long as you like; ongoing sessions are best.

Just fit us in and let's begin! and stay as long as you like. The longer the merrier!

I LOVE teaching children. Before I became a Principal, I taught in both elementary and middle school/junior high, but I LOVE teaching young learners. I taught kindergarten for a number of years. I enjoy seeing young learners singing, dancing [movement], drawing, thinking, being open and uninhibited, watching them as they begin to read words, write their names and other words, spell and grow into their own self.

I am excited to be teaching in the Outschool community, working with young learners and helping them develop a love for learning. In Back to School Kindergarten Circle FUN Time, your young learner will just have plain ol' FUN! as they learn to love learning.
