In this class your student will get the opportunity to write about their favorite Pokemon character in a guided writing class format (similar to mad libs)! They will do this by practicing writing complete sentences and utilizing proper grammar and punctuation all while having fun! At the end of our creative writing lesson, we will draw an Pokemon character together using a guided video and then get to show off our artwork! My goal is to have the students learn while writing, drawing, and talking about something they enjoy! Your student will need lined paper to write on, a pencil, and coloring materials for drawing (utensils and paper). Hello! I have a passion to help little ones learn and have fun doing so! I have a bachelors degree in Exercise Science, am in the final stages of completing a Masters in Elementary Education, and have been in the classroom since 2018! I have privately tutored elementary, middle, and college students over the years. My favorite type of out school classes to teach are small group math courses, private tutoring sessions, and creative writing courses. I enjoy teaching students new ways to learn reading comprehension and math skills! My goal is to provide students with the skills they need to be academically successful.
