Hi Everyone! My name is Diana. I love to teach piano in a way that helps my students discover their own unique sound and style of expression. I encourage positivity, fun, and confidence in my classes.

With over a decade of experience in teaching, I’ve cultivated a pedagogical approach that goes beyond traditional methods. I focus on offering high-quality education that inspires and motivates students of all ages, fostering a nurturing and stimulating environment for learning. My teaching strategy is holistic, involving activities that encourage body awareness, creativity, and communication while instilling a solid foundation in music theory and instrument interpretation. The coursework I design emphasizes collaboration and self-development, tailored to maintain student engagement and regular practice.

I received my degree in piano performance from the University of Western Ontario and hold the ARCT in Piano Performance from the Royal Conservatory of Music, Toronto. My teaching approach is centered on the individual learning style of each of my students. I believe every student is unique and requires a tailored approach that caters to the specific needs and goals of each student. My focus is on empowering my students to express themselves and make independent musical decisions. I incorporate a variety of strategies that aim to develop an understanding of the music, inviting students to think creatively and explore new avenues in their learning.
